From the team registration form we process: club and team name, country, age category, contact person's name, e-mail, phone, expected number of players, interest in accommodation and extra ice, and the text of your note.
The purpose is to handle your registration, agree your participation and arrange the related services. Without this data we cannot register your team.
We process the contact person's data on the basis of pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by e-mailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
The registration form on this website does not concern players — it is filled in by an adult club representative and no data about children is submitted through it.
Player rosters are supplied by the club after participation is confirmed, separately and only to the extent required. The club is responsible for obtaining the consent of its players' legal guardians.
Form data is sent by e-mail to the tournament organisers. We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor for delivery, which means the data is transferred to the United States when the e-mail is sent.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We do not pass the data to anyone else and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
We keep registration data for three years from the edition of the tournament concerned, so that we can deal with any questions and follow up for the next edition. After that it is deleted.
Accounting documents are kept for the period required by tax law.
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track your behaviour. It runs no third-party scripts.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing.
You can exercise these rights at info@nationalgames.eu. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
